Return Policy

You can return all items within 7 days of receipt for a full refund of the item purchased if –
A. Size Does Not Fit
In the above case, you can either -
  • Choose another size (subject to availability) of the same item;
  • Choose another product in the same price range; if the price differs, your money shall be credited to your IndianGully wallet or you can pay the differential amount at the time of checkout.
  • Return the product and receive a refund for the same.
B. Wrong Item Delivered
In the above case, you can either -
  • Replace it with the correct item;
  • Return the product and receive a refund for the same.
C. Item Is Defective
In the above case, you can either -
  • Replace it with the correct item;
  • Choose another product in the same price range; if the price differs, your money shall be credited to your IndianGully wallet or you can pay the differential amount at the time of checkout.
  • Return the product and receive a refund for the same.
D. Others
In the above case, you can either -
  • This excludes bodysuits, swimwear, and items purchased on sale or using a promotional discount code or items purchased from our 599 store. The refund amount will be credited back to your IndianGully wallet as a voucher or credit points.

In case of manufacturing defect with the item, it can be returned to us within 15 days of receipt and you will be refunded after the items have been inspected by us.

1. Some additional guidelines:

  • Within the first 7 days of receipt we will accept all returns except those deemed to have been damaged by the customers themselves outside of normal everyday use.
  • Please do take care that that you pack items securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit and with all original packaging (tags etc.). For all self shipped returns, we recommend you use a reliable courier service.
  • Once your return is received by us, the refund is subject to your return having met the requirements of being undamaged and dispatched by you within 7 days.
  • You can inform us within 7 days of receiving the parcel by writing to us at sales@indiangully.net. Please make sure that the items are securely packed and handed to our pick-up person.
  • We will arrange a reverse pickup once for an exchange or refund for an order. Any reverse shipment charges other than the one time will be borne by the customer.
  • Please note that items on sale are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  • Please note that items on 599 store are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  • Please note that shipping charges will not be re-imbursed.

2. What can I return?

You can return any products ordered from IndianGully.net within 7 days of delivery. In case of items with manufacturing defects, you can return products within 15 days of delivery and we will exchange the product after we have received it in our warehouse. Returned products must be returned with all original packaging and tags that they were shipped with. To ensure that your returns are accepted by our quality team, please take adequate measures to ensure your product trial does not cause undue damage to the products in any way.

3. How do I return products to IndianGully?

OPTION A
Its a simple 2 step process:
  • You can go to "My Orders" and request for "retuns/replacements" After stating the reasons for the same, you shall receive a replacement or returns mail from our end and subsequently you can either self ship the items to us on our address or we can arrange for a reverse pick up within 7 working days from the date of your request.
  • If your pincode is not covered by our pickup services, you would need to self-ship the return item. Refunds are subject to your returns being inspected upon receipt at our end.
  • In case you are self-shipping your returns back to us, please retain your shipping receipt and email us the tracking info on sales@indiangully.net so as to enable us to track the delivery of your returns to us. We will not be liable for items damaged in transit if self shipped.
OPTION B
Its a simple 1 step process:
Write a mail to us on sales@indiangully.net within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Note:
  • In case you have opted for IndianGully to organize the pickup of returns, our logistics team would organize the pickup within 7 working days of placement of the pickup request. Please do ensure your availability and shipment readiness for handing over the return to the pickup team.
  • In case of damaged/broken goods, send us the images on sales@indiangully.net

4. Where do I send my return?

Please make sure that the following address is clearly printed/written on your returns parcel with the IndianGully order # in cases of both pickup and self shipping . The Returns Desk,

How long will the entire process take?
It can take up to 7 days or longer for us to receive your return, depending on your location and which courier service you use. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect and process the same within 48 hours to ensure you receive your refund as quickly as possible. In order to keep you in the loop, we will send you an email confirming the status of your return. Usually you will receive your refund in term of store credit at the end of this 48 hour window.

5. Do I get charged for returning products?

We arrange one free reverse shipment and do not charge any fees for pickups arranged for, and serviced by us. You can also to ship your returns to us yourself to "The Returns Desk".

6. How will I be refunded for the return?

On successfully processing the refund, the refund amount would be credited to your IndianGully wallet as a voucher or credit points. You would be able to use this credit on any of your subsequent purchases on IndianGully.net
