We deliver through our logistics partner Delhivery (www.delhivery.com)

What is the average shipping duration?

Approximately 3-5 days working days from the date of placement of the order.

Do you charge anything extra for shipping or for COD orders?

Yes, the shipping charges are as given below-

Taxes may be applied on the total amount of the order. These charges are not inclusive of taxes.

Do you deliver at all the locations across India?

1. Pre-Paid Orders For Pre Paid orders, we currently deliver at all pin codes across India.
2. Cash On Delivery For COD orders, we currently deliver at most pin codes subject to the availability of services of our logistics partner at your desired location. This list is constantly updated and we look forward to expanding it even further.

How do I know when will my order arrive?

We reserve the right to update or change our Privacy Policy at any time and you should check this Privacy Policy periodically. Your continued use of the Service after we post any modifications to the Privacy Policy on this page will constitute your acknowledgment of the modifications and your consent to abide and be bound by the modified Privacy Policy. You can track your order using the information provided by us.
2. Our logistics partner Delhivery sends a sms on the day your order is due for delivery.
3. Also, the delivery boy calls before confirming the timing for the delivery.

How Long Will My Order Take To Arrive?

Generally it takes around 5-10 working days for your order to be delivered.

Can i track my order?

Yes. Once the order is shipped, the tracking ID is uploaded and you can track it online by logging onto https://track.delhivery.com/accounts/login/?next=/ . All you have to do is enter your waybill number on the given link to track your order.

I was not at home/office when the order arrived! What do I do?

Delivery is attempted thrice after which the order is returned back to us.
1. You can either call back the delivery boy and schedule the delivery at your preferred time(subject to the availability of this service in your area and of the courier boy)
2. You can wait for the other two attempts to be made
